Body Check-In

  1. First, check in with your shoulders. Are they hunched up toward your ears? Release any tension they’re holding and drop them away from your ears. 

  2. Check in with your jaw. Are you clenching it? Unclench it and release any tension there.

  3. Lastly, check in with your eyes and face. Are they strained in any way? Take a moment to soften all of your face muscles and relax.

  4. Sit here for 5 seconds and notice how you feel now. (Pause for 5 seconds.)
