Legs Up The Wall

  1. Find an open wall space--even a door will do. 

  2. Sit with your left shoulder touching the wall. Then, swing your legs up the wall and lay your head and back on the ground. Scooch yourself toward the wall so that your legs are fully pressed up against it. Your body should be shaped like an L.

  3. If you feel comfortable, feel free to cover your eyes with a shirt or a towel.

  4. You can stay here as long as you like, but we recommend at least 1 minute.
